FREE$5The free bet coin: the house's marker for a free stake.
Get closer to 21 than the dealer without going over. You and the dealer get two cards; the dealer hides one.
Hit, stand, double (on your first two cards) or split a pair, into as many as four hands. Each hand is played in turn.
Free doubles: double a hard 9, 10 or 11 and the house covers it with a free bet coin. Any other double costs one more bet.
Free splits: split any pair except tens for free; the house puts a coin on the new hand. Splitting tens costs one more bet (any two ten-value cards count as a pair). Split Aces get one card each.
A winning coin pays even money, then goes back to the house. If the hand loses or pushes, the coin goes back and costs you nothing.
Blackjack (two cards, not after a split) pays 3 to 2. Any other 21 stands by itself. Over 21 loses.
The dealer hits soft 17. If the dealer ends on exactly 22, your hands push; over 22 the dealer busts and you win. Blackjack still wins and a bust still loses.
If the dealer shows an Ace you can take insurance for half your bet. If the dealer shows a ten or Ace the hole card is checked first, and a dealer blackjack ends the hand.
Push 22 is an optional side bet, placed before the deal. It wins when the dealer finishes on exactly 22.
Pot of Gold is an optional side bet, placed before the deal. It pays by the free bet coins you collect in the hand (a free double or split each add one), whether those hands win or lose. No coins, no win.
